A blended yarn made from British wool.
As the name suggests, British wool is made from sheep raised in the UK, which has the largest variety of wool in the world.
The wool is made in the harsh mountainous environment, where the cold air from the Arctic Circle and wind and rain continue, giving it a unique firmness, stiffness, and bulkiness (the fullness of the fibers).
Variations are created using ribbing, cable and seed stitch (piqué).
