Returns Due to Customer Preference
We do not accept exchanges or returns due to customer preferences, such as "the size does not fit" or "the product is different from my expectations," due to the nature of our products.

Returns Due to Our Error (Defective Products, Incorrect Delivery, Website Description Errors, etc.)
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will provide a replacement or a refund.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the item.
Please note that if the deadline has passed, we may not be able to accept returns, even if the issue was due to our error.
Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened items with the tags still attached.
We will cover the shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
Replacement products will be shipped within eight (8) days after the returned item arrives at our logistics center.
