Is there an expiration date for e-gifts?

The e-gift will expire at 23:59, seven days after the purchase date. Please send the URL to your friends, family, or loved ones before that date, and make sure the recipient enters their address via the URL.

Can I send gifts anonymously or using a nickname?

Yes, you can. Please enter your preferred display name.

Can I reissue the e-gift URL?

eGift URLs cannot be reissued.

What should I do if I send the URL to the wrong person?

If you have not yet entered an address from the receiving URL, you can send the URL to another person. If you have already entered an address, you cannot change it.
