Terms of Use for Online Shop
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for using the online shop (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") provided on this website by Renfro Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use this Service in accordance with these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)

If the applicant has previously violated these Terms.

If the Company deems the application inappropriate for any other reason.

Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)

Users shall manage their User ID and password for this Service at their own responsibility.

Users shall not transfer, lend, or share their User ID and password with third parties under any circumstances. If a login occurs using a matching User ID and password, the Company will assume that the registered User has accessed the Service.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred due to the use of a User ID and password by a third party unless there is willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
Article 4 (Purchase Agreement)

A purchase agreement is established when a User submits a purchase request to the Company and the Company notifies the User of its acceptance. Ownership of the product transfers to the User when the Company hands the product over to the shipping carrier.

The Company may cancel a purchase agreement without prior notice if:

The User violates these Terms.

The delivery address is unknown or the User is absent for an extended period, preventing delivery.

The Company determines that the trust relationship with the User has been compromised.

Payment methods, shipping methods, order cancellations, and return policies shall be governed by the separate provisions established by the Company.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)
The copyrights and other intellectual property rights of product images and other content (hereinafter referred to as "Content") provided through this Service belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders. Users may not reproduce, repost, modify, or otherwise use the Content without prior authorization.
Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using this Service:

Article 8 (Usage Restrictions and Account Termination)
The Company may, without prior notice, restrict the use of this Service or delete a User’s account if:

False information is found in the registration details.

The User’s registered payment method is suspended.

The User fails to fulfill payment obligations.

The User does not respond to communication from the Company for a certain period.

The User has not used this Service for a certain period.

The Company determines that the User’s use of this Service is inappropriate. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User due to actions taken under this Article.
Article 9 (Withdrawal)
Users may withdraw from this Service through the prescribed withdrawal procedures.
Article 10 (Disclaimer and Liability)

The Company does not guarantee that this Service is free of defects, errors, or rights infringements.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users due to this Service. However, if the contract between the Company and a User (including these Terms) qualifies as a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act, this disclaimer does not apply. In such cases, the Company’s liability is limited to foreseeable damages arising from ordinary circumstances, excluding gross negligence.

The Company assumes no responsibility for transactions, communications, or disputes between Users and third parties.
Article 11 (Changes to Service Content)

Notices and communication between Users and the Company shall be conducted using the method prescribed by the Company. Unless a User notifies the Company of a change in contact details, the Company shall assume that the registered contact information is valid and deliver notifications accordingly.
Article 15 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)
Users may not transfer or pledge their contractual status, rights, or obligations under these Terms to third parties without prior written consent from the Company.
Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this Service.

In the event of a dispute related to this Service, the court with jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdictional court.
