Nara Brewery x HOiSUM Collaboration Socks Styling Tips
Craft beer and socks. These two seemingly unrelated things have come together to create a special collaboration.
The first collaboration of 2025 between Nara Brewery, a talented craft brewery in Nara Prefecture, and us at HOiSUM has been realized.
This time we will be introducing three designs, "LOVE & TIGER," "FUNCTION & TIGER," and "NUTS & MILK," as well as some recommended styling ideas.
FUNCTION & TIGER ~A special design featuring an adorable tiger cat~
The FUNCTION cat, familiar from Nara Brewery's signature beer "FUNCTION", has appeared in a special tiger pattern for this collaboration.
The theme of this collaboration is "All's fair in Love & Tiger," and the design features an adorable FUNCTION cat holding a ♡.
The design is carefully crafted down to the smallest detail, with the words "LOVE & TIGER" woven large on the instep, creating a striking impact when you take the shoes off. In addition, a small ♡ motif is hidden on the ankle, giving the shoes a playful finish.

Based on the theme of "LOVE & TIGER," the design features a striking tiger-print character on a vibrant greenish teal background. Advanced printing technology has been used to faithfully reproduce the label design of Nara Brewery's special collaboration beer "LOVE & TIGER."
The Tiger series is HOiSUM's iconic collection, born in the Year of the Tiger, 2022. Many popular designs have been produced so far. This design is a perfect blend of HOiSUM's playfulness and reliable quality, and Nara Brewery's free-spirited craft beer ideas.

These socks are a collaboration with the popular beer "NUTS & MILK," which was released by Nara Brewery in 2020 and has been requested by many fans to be re-released. The special design is based on the label design of this brown ale with a rich hazelnut aroma.
The shoes are based on a vibrant turquoise blue color with burgundy accents. The striped pattern created by the jacquard knitting is reminiscent of a beer label design. In addition, the yellow stitching peeking out from the inside and other points of interest give the shoes a playful finish.
